On April 4, 2018, Gubkin University SPE Student Chapter organized an excursion to Schlumberger Moscow Research Center for the students of Gymnasium No. 1569 «Sozvezdie», the Borovik School, School No. 199, Gymnasium No. 45 and Lyceum No. 654.

The visitors were given a lecture from the scientific director of the Center, Vladimir Khan, who told what the company does, what companies it serves, and what tasks are handled at Schlumberger Research Centers. Then the pupils visited the laboratory, where they were shown the most modern installations for rocks studies.

At the end of the event, a tea party was held, during which the visitors could talk with the employees of the company in an informal atmosphere.
